I love infographics, and I used data from a Gallup Poll to create this animated infographic about employee engagement.

Software Simulation

Our organization acquired a new hiring software system, and I was tasked to develop a software simulation to train managers on the new system.

Stories That Train

This project was initiated by me to demonstrate to our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) the effectiveness of using storytelling in web-based training. I based this on research I did reading Rance Greene's book, Instructional Story Design.

The SMEs liked the concept, and I was able to utilize this method in a project for the Federal Aviation Administration. The project was done in Articulate Storyline utilizing their text-to-speech plug-in.
