Technical Training

Based on research on instructional story design, I worked with SMEs to create training for new technicians based on a story built upon a new trainee's experiences on the job.

This is the first lesson developed from the storyboard above. It introduces the story, the characters, and provides an overview of the Environmental Remote Monitoring System (ERMS). Based on the project budget and timeline, I used the Articulate Text to Speech characters for this course. The final product ended up being 28 eLearning lessons.
